Privacy notice
BridgePoint stores what it needs to review provider applications and to connect providers with requests that customers submit through the BAZ portal.
- Provider applications, licence documents and profile details are stored against your account, and are read by you and by our review team.
- Customer requests come from the BAZ portal. A customer's contact details are shown only to the associate who accepted that request.
- Case dates are yours: only you and the provider linked to a request can reach them.
To ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be deleted, write to the support address above.
Terms of use
BridgePoint lists immigration lawyers and interpreters and connects them with requests submitted through the BAZ customer portal. Providers set their own rates and are responsible for the services they offer.
BridgePoint is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
Using the app also means accepting the service agreement and the non-disclosure agreement.
